Denis Keenan, Managing Director
Denis founded KeeResources, and takes great pride in being involved with every aspect of the business. Despite over 35 years in the industry and running several leasing companies, he still enjoys learning new things on a daily basis.
Interesting fact:
Denis adores most good music, and comes from a musically talented family. However you would never realise it if you heard him trying to sing or play an instrument.
Martin Wallace, IT Director
Martin joined KeeResources in 2006 after 11 years working with financial IT systems. He is responsible for ensuring our software development and infrastructure delivers class-leading products and services for our customers.
Interesting fact:
A proud Yorkshire man, Martin’s birthday is on Yorkshire Day. However, he doesn’t currently own a whippet.
Mark Fretwell, Sales & Marketing Director
Mark joined KeeResources in 2010 after 13 years with Emap, where he spent over 10 years working in the automotive industry with CAP. He is responsible for ensuring all sales and marketing activity is focused on creating customer value.
Interesting fact:
Marks great, great grandfather was the first pedestrian in London to be run over by a motorised goods vehicle.
Mark Jowsey, Director – Manufacturer Liaison
Prior to joining KWIKcarcost in 2001, Mark worked for a number of manufacturers and industry giant Lex, clocking up over 30 years experience in the Fleet sector. He is responsible for our manufacturer relationships and Whole Life Cost products.
Interesting fact:
Marks one-time ambition was to be a journalist. He enjoys being a regular contributor to industry titles such as Business Car and Fleet Industry Confidential.
Mark Heal, Finance Director
Mark is a qualified accountant with 30 years experience in the motor trade and contract hire industry, previously working for Dutton Forshaw, Wincanton, Leasedrive, Union Discount Bank and David Henley Systems. He has been involved in the development of KWIKfleetware since its inception in 1994.
Interesting fact:
Mark’s long term interest in cars all started when he acquired his first car at the age of 10 for the bargain price of £4.
Amanda Deavin, Data Analysis Manager
Amanda joined KeeResources in 2007 after 15 years managing the HSBC Vehicle Finance data team. She is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data is available for all of KeeResources products, and for production of FleetNet codes.
Interesting fact:
Amanda once made 40 costumes for the Pantomime, Little Red Riding Hood.
John Williams, Operations Director
John started his career as an apprentice at Jaguar in Coventry and was part of the team which founded KWIKcarcost in 1990, creating the UK’s first computerised Whole Life Cost model for cars. He has been responsible for the continual evolution of CarCost ever since.
Interesting fact:
John likes to spend weekends taking his two dogs, Truffle and Prince for walks.
Jon Deavin, Pricing Manager
Jon joined KeeResources in 2010 after spending the previous 18 years involved in leasing company disposals, used car buying and running dealerships. Jon is responsible for the setting and managing of KeeResources’ Residual Value and SMR forecasts.
Interesting fact:
Jon spends his spare time in a field firing lead into the sky trying to break small black discs, otherwise known as Clay Pigeon Shooting.
Dave Wilcock, Key Account Manager
Dave joined KWIKcarcost in 2009 after 30 years experience in the automotive industry, the last 18 of which were spent in General Motors Contract Hire division. He is responsible for introducing new business and managing existing client relationships.
Interesting fact:
Dave has been a Leeds United supporter since watching them in a 7-0 victory over Chelsea in 1967. He looks forward to them returning to the Premiership and repeating the same score line.
