System Operation

Access to CarCost™ data is easy !

CarCost™ has been developed with substantial input from our Operator clients and is easily navigated with a mouse.

You simply input the key parameters such as Operating Period and Mileage, Makes and Body Styles allowed. You can also select the number of doors, restrict by insurance groups, minimum fuel consumption or maximum CO2 emissions.

You may even choose to have all cars within the comparison calculated to include the cost impact of any compulsory equipment required under your Car Fleet Policy - such as Side or Curtain Airbags, Air Conditioning or Satellite Navigation.

The program will then create your Choice List based on preset bands. CarCost™ will also report on all factory options available for each vehicle.

You can then add any available factory fitted option to a car and examine the effect that has on the Whole Life Costs for that car at a glance.
